Staff and location were very good, we loved that everything was excellent. Our check-in was easy.

Funky, luxury with a pleasant lobby.

Have spent our 1 night here lovely, it was ideal for what we needed. Incredible view, fabulous bar - everything was fine.

The room was new-fashioned and neat, had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe. The location was stunning, relatively near a modern art museum. Took a walk around city center, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Clean hotel, fairly friendly stuff, brilliant location very close to the city center. Compact room with the view and nice experience.

The hotel was luxury and exceptionally clean in a shopping area.

Staff and rooms were great, I appreciated that. Beds were uncomfortable, even so it was truly a really good stay.

Tbh, Wi-Fi was very poor and the bathroom was a little small.

Luxurious hotel with exceptional location close to everything of interest in Bilbao. Super comfy room, exceptionally comfortable bed and reasonably large bathroom. A buffet breakfast is a must : plenty of outstanding meals. Ensanche district is worth your attention.

Clean hotel with a nice design and particularly nice views, it has an unbeatable location just next door to the Guggenheim as well as the Guggenheim museum.

The hotel was spotless, the room was functional and the bed was perfect. Breakfast was large, plenty of fresh bread, cereal, pastries, fruit and cheese. Wonderful view of sea. The staff - extremely friendly and were eager to help with the requests.

The restaurant was good, I ordered excellent dishes.

Special service, strategic location and English breakfast. We had the double room with a super bed. Near restaurants and bars. Pool was nice too.

Breakfast was extensive, bed was comfortable, particularly good area. I was satisfied with cheap room I booked, there were toiletries and toilet just in case. Its bathroom was luxury. Attractive staff, were more than helpful all the time. Also, I was 5 minutes by walk from guggenheim.

Staff was efficient and hotel is reasonably clean and not expensive!

Really great place for one night. The room was perfect, the food was pretty good and the staff were briliant. Such big suite and comfy bed. Everywhere there was absolutely clean. Central location, at a near distance from plaza moyua...

Wi-fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Abundant breakfast, very good sized rooms and awesome staff. Liked climate control and closet space in the room. Prime location - minutes from a tied arch footbridge. Cafe bar with complimentary drinks. It was moderate hotel and we had a lovely stay.

the room is immaculate and tidy, locations is marvelous. staff were more than helpful, and always with a cheerful greeting.

Extra clean hotel, perfectly fine rooms, WONDERFUL location. Absolutely superb breakfast, lots of options available. It was a really nice stay, you could leave a car onsite.
